1. What services does Palm Beach Companion Care offer?
We provide in-home companion care and senior support, including help with daily activities, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation, and personalized care plans.
2. Is Palm Beach Companion Care a medical or non-medical agency?
We are a non-medical, hands off, In Home Companion Care agency. We do not administer medications and are not a health care agency nor do we provide medical treatments.
3. Who are your caregivers and how are they screened?
Our caregivers include experienced Home Health Aides (HHA’S) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA’S). All caregivers undergo thorough AHCA Level II background checks and fingerprinting for safety and reliability.
4. Do you create customized care plans?
Yes. We design individualized care plans based on an in-home assessment and family input, we use a collaborative approach to ensure the care provided fits each client’s needs.
5. Can you help my loved one remain at home instead of moving to a facility?
Absolutely. Our services are designed to help seniors safely age in place at home with support, companionship, and assistance with daily living tasks.

8. What are your hours of operation?
Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday by appointment. We will answer all phone calls between 9am and Midnight. We offer 24/7 on-call support for urgent or after-hours needs. If no one answers please leave a message and your call will be returned ASAP.
9. What if the caregiver isn’t the right fit?
If the initial caregiver match isn’t ideal, and sometimes that happens – do not let that alarm you – simply let us know. We will promptly arrange a different caregiver who better suits your family’s needs.
